Priority Mail – Orders $100+

FIRST CLASS – First Class is free for all orders over $25 and $3.00 for orders under $25. We are seeing increased transit times for First Class and highly recommend upgrading to Priority. It is normal to not see an update in tracking for several days as shipments move between Postal hubs.
PRIORITY – Priority shipping is $6.49 for all size orders and FREE for orders over $100. When upgrading to Priority, you are NOT paying for guaranteed 2-day delivery.
EXPRESS – Express can be added to any size order for $21.99. Although Express is a guaranteed delivery method, it does NOT guarantee your order will ship same day. If we deem your order arrived late we will issue you a credit for free Express on your next order.

*All orders ship by the end of the next business day or sooner (Once Payment Has Cleared) and you will receive tracking by 6PM PST/PDT on the day shipped.
*We ship Monday through Friday from Springfield Oregon.
*We Are Closed Saturday & Sunday – orders placed on the weekend will ship Monday.
* i.e. If you order on a Monday your order will ship Tuesday, if not earlier and if you order on a Friday, your order will ship out Monday morning.

All transit times do not include our 1 business day processing time. Although we do our best to get your order out ASAP, no shipping method is exempt from our 1 business day processing time

* Although rare, packages may be lost in transit. We offer insurance on all orders of any size for just $2.00, this will guarantee if an order is lost in transit and doesn’t show delivered on the tracking, your order will be replaced promptly after 7 business days.
* Insurance is an option at checkout.
* Insurance does NOT cover packages marked delivered on tracking.

* You will receive tracking with every order. It will be emailed with your shipping confirmation by 6PM PST/PDT the next business day after placing your order.
* USPS can take 24-36 hours to update tracking online.

* Our shipping days are the same as the Post Office concerning holidays. Please be aware that there will be increased transit times during the week leading up to and following a holiday, especially for First Class. During this time, we highly recommend upgrading to Priority.

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will cover a lost package not showing “delivered” if insurance is purchased.

*The buyer is responsible for any fees/postage to reship the order.

*We cannot cancel orders after they have shipped.
*Buyers wanting to cancel their order prior to shipment for ANY reason are responsible for a $4.50 cancellation fee. This covers our transaction fee and return fee assessed by our processor and will be taken out of the refund. Refunds take 1-3 business days to be credited.
